Engineering Team AI Transformation

Challenge

Engineering leadership saw competitors shipping features 2x faster using AI coding assistants. Their teams had experimented with GitHub Copilot but adoption was inconsistent—some engineers loved it, others dismissed it as "autocomplete that hallucinates."

Solution

We designed a tiered training program: foundations for all 500 engineers, advanced workshops for team leads, and embedded coaching for pilot teams. Rather than generic tutorials, we used their actual codebase and real tickets as training material.

Program Structure
