Challenge

Operations managers were drowning in spreadsheets. The company had invested in route optimization AI but the output was a daily CSV that nobody understood. They needed an interface that made AI recommendations actionable.

Solution

We designed an operations dashboard that surfaces AI recommendations in context: which routes to adjust, why, and what's the expected impact. Managers can accept, modify, or reject suggestions with one click, and the system learns from their decisions.
