Challenge

The bank's wealth management team was losing high-net-worth clients to robo-advisors offering 24/7 portfolio insights. They needed an AI-powered advisor platform that augmented their relationship managers rather than replacing them.

Solution

We designed a dual-interface system: a client-facing mobile app with AI-generated portfolio insights, and an RM dashboard showing AI recommendations they could personalize before sending. The AI explains its reasoning in plain language, and RMs can override or refine any suggestion.
